All products sold on Avalon3D are digital goods (3D models and game ready assets) and are delivered instantly via secure download. Because digital content cannot be “returned”, all sales are considered final once the files have been downloaded or accessed. This ensures the integrity of our assets and protects the work of our creators.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact our support team first. In most cases, problems such as download errors, file corruption, or installation difficulties can be resolved quickly with our assistance.
Refunds are only considered if:
- The problem cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe (within 5-7 business days of your support request)
- You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.
- The downloaded files are incomplete, corrupted or unusable due to a verified technical issue on our side.
Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and only in exceptional cases. This helps us maintain fairness while preventing abuse of the system. Our priority is to ensure you can use your purchased assets successfully in your projects.
